Why Do Your Legs Ache Constantly

Why do Your Legs Constantly Ache?

The Question is -Is it normal for your leg to ache all the time?

Definitely a big NO. Legs don’t ache in the normal situation. I do not know your age or background so I can only give you generic information.

Legs can ache for sometime if it has been a long day or one has been through a long run. It can also ache if we are recovering from a sickness. Otherwise a healthy person does not have aching legs.

If you legs are aching then you need to consider a few things which may be causing them.

1. You could be have a sciatic issue. Check your back.
2. Regular smokers start to have aching legs after sometime.
3. It is an early indication of a heart disease.
4. Overweight people also have legs which ache due to the pressure       caused while doing regular tasks.

Simple Things One Could Do and Should Do

Stop smoking for sometime and see if the ache disappears. If that does not stop then check your back with a doc. Physiotherapy can solve the problem

Once identified, do regular yoga and exercise like brisk walking and swimming and improve fitness.

Stress does add to all this. So do regular breathing and meditation.
Eat more vegetables, avoid fast food, fried food, avoid alcohol and stop smoking.

Eat early in the night and eat light.

Don’t get too concerned. It is probably an early symptom warning you of your lifestyle. Identify the root cause and work on your fitness. You should feel the difference very quickly.
